If you have a TLC related problem or question you can contact the TLC by phone, mail, e-mail, or for some inquiries, by filling out an online or downloadable form.
Go to 311 Online for all TLC related matters including submitting Compliments, Complaints and Lost Property Inquiries.
Call (718) 391-5501 with questions about your TLC license status, application status, and all Court questions including submitting a complaint about another TLC licensee.
Note: Complaints against other TLC licensees can be submitted only if TLC rules have been broken.
