TimeBanksNYC welcomes two types of members. The distinction between the two groups is simple:
Online Members use the database independently and rely on customer service representatives for troubleshooting as needed.
Supported Members prefer to work through a customer service representative to initiate the registration process, enter exchanges into the database, and access information from the database.
For both types of membership, you must complete an application which requires three references (personal or professional), attend an orientation or view the online video, and sign a Member Agreement. Your membership will be activated upon the fulfillment of these requirements.
