THE AQUEDUCT RACECOURSE
Aqueduct opened on September 27th, 1894 in Queens.
-The Main Course: 1 1/8 Mile
-The Inner Dirt Course: 1 Mile
-The Turf Course: 7/8 Mile
-Attendance Capacity: 90,000
-Parking Capacity: 8,000 Cars
-Trackside Dining: 1,500
-Total Seating Capacity: 17,000

PARKING
There are 25 disabled parking spaces along the curb in the Clubhouse lot. The Rockaway lot has 50 disabled spaces. All parking spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis after the parking gates open for paying customers. All disabled spaces pay the appropriate parking fees.

Preferred Parking: $2.00
Valet Parking: $5.00

Wheel chair locations are available on the Third Floor in the Grandstand. The wheel chair locations are complimentary and become available on a first-come first-serve basis after the admissions gates open. No portable seating is allowed in the wheel chair areas.

Skyline Club: $1.00 Additional

From Manhattan:
Take the Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway East, to the Van Wyck Expressway South, Exit #3 Linden Blvd. Turn right on Linden and follow signs to track.

From Queens:
Take the Grand Central Parkway to the Van Wyck to Linden Blvd. and follow signs to track.

From Brooklyn:
Take the Belt Parkway to Exit 19 and follow signs to track.

From Long Island:
Take the Belt Parkway to Lefferts Blvd. Exit 18-B and follow signs to track.

From Staten Island and South New Jersey:
Take the Verrazano Bridge to the Belt Parkway eastbound, take Exit 19 and follow signs to the track.

From Connecticut and Westchester:
Take the Whitestone Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway, to the Throgs Neck Bridge to the Cross Island Parkway South to the Belt Parkway westbound, Exit 18-B and follow signs to the track.

Belmont Park opened on May 4th, 1905.

PARKING
There are 12 reserved disabled parking spaces along the curb in the Clubhouse lot. Another 3 spaces are reserved for disabled vans. Additionally, between 15 and 20 disabled vehicles are parked along the outer roadway. The West End Lot has 50 disabled spaces. There are 22 disabled spaces in the Preferred Lots (B=10; D=12). Each bus stop in the Yellow, Green, and Blue Fields have 4 disabled spaces at their bus stops. All parking spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis after the parking gates open to paying customers. All disabled spaces pay the appropriate parking fees.

By Bus

N6 (MSBA Line)- Operates along Hempstead Turnpike between Hempstead, West Hempstead, Franklin Square, Elmont, Hollis and Jamaica.
Q-110 (Jamaica Bus Company)- Service provided every 20 minutes, available at Parsons Blvd. and Hillside Ave. (E and F subway line stops).
Q-2 (NYC Transit Authority)- Originates at Jamaica Bus Terminal (165th and 89th Ave.).
By Subway
Take the "F" Train to 169th Street or 179th Street, then take the N6 or the Q2 bus to Belmont or take the E train to Jamaica Center (parsons Blvd.) and then take the Q10 bus to Belmont.
NYRA Accessiblity Guide By Railroad
Passengers can board the LIRR at Penn Station, Woodside, or Jamaica. Residents of Brooklyn, Forest Hills and Kew Gardens can make connections at Jamaica.
By Car
From Manhattan:

There are 180 disabled parking spaces in the trackside lot. The Oklahoma lot has 50 disabled spaces that are located in the parking field to the left of the Rec Hall entrance. All parking spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis after the parking gates open for paying customers. All disabled spaces pay the appropriate parking fees.

By Railroad

AMTRAK offers an all-inclusive package to Saratoga Race Course every Saturday and Sunday in the summer months. Package includes round-trip rail on Amtrak, transfers, Clubhouse admission to Saratoga Race Course and an official track program. For a list of departure cities, prices and reservations, call 1-800-USA-Rail and mention Fare Order x856. Daily service to Saratoga is also available by referring to Fare Order x856.
NYRA Accessiblity Guide By Car
From New York Metropolitan Area:
New York Thruway (I-87) to Exit 24 at Albany, then the Northway (I-87) to Exit 14. West on NY Route 9P, just outside the track gates. The track can also be reached by an alternate route, leaving the Northway at Exit 13N - US Route 9.

From Western New York:
New York Thruway (I-90) to Exit 28 at Fultonville (Route 30A), to Johnstown and Route 29E to Saratoga Springs; or New York Thruway to Exit 27 at Amsterdam, Route 67E to Ballston Spa and Route 50 to Saratoga Springs.

From Upstate and Canada:
Northway (I-87) to Exit 14 to Saratoga Springs.

From Massachussets and Connecticut:
Mass. Turnpike to NY Thruway (I-90), north to Exit 24 (Albany), then Northway (I-87) to Exit 14.

From Vermont and New Hampshire:
Route 40 to Schuyerville and Route 29 to Saratoga Springs.
