Christopher S. Rooney
Second Vice Chairman Christopher S. Rooney, a resident of West Brighton, is an attorney who specializes in civil and commercial litigation with the law firm of Lally Mahon & Rooney LLP, which has offices in Manhattan and Mineola, New York.  Chris has been a member of CB1 for 20 years, and has held numerous leadership positions during that time, including First Vice Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Land Use and Public Service Committees, Co-Chairman of the Secession Review Committee, and Chairman of the West Brighton Area Committee.  His other activities have included acting as a coach and club director in the Staten Island Youth Soccer League and a member of the Staten Island Soccer League Advisory Board.  For the past 10 years, Chris has served as the President of the Special Olympics Soccer League of Staten Island.
