STUART SAFT

Stuart Saft is a Partner at Dewey
& LeBoeuf LLP, Vice Chairman of the Board of the National Cooperative
Bank and Chairman of the Council of New York Cooperatives and Condominium.
He was an Associate Professor at New York University's Real Estate
Institute. Mr. Saft has written 28 books including Commercial Real Estate
Workouts, Commercial Real Estate Forms, Commercial Real Estate
Transactions, Commercial Real Estate Leasing, Commercial Real Estate
Financing, The Real Estate Investor's Survival Guide and dozens of
articles on real estate topics. His real estate practice includes matters
involving acquisition, leasing, financing, workouts, development, taxation
and syndication, as well as the operation, conversion and sale of
commercial and residential properties. He is a member of the New York
State Attorney General's Real Estate Financing Task Force and a member of
the Manhattan Borough President's Task Force on Affordable Housing. Mr.
Saft graduated from Hofstra University and Columbia Law School.
