Jesse Nieblas is the HR Business Partner of CVS Caremark, one of the
nation's largest retail pharmacy chains, with over 7,000 stores across 41
states. Ms. Nieblas has 13 years of human resources
experience. Ms. Nieblas is responsible for 120 retail store
locations in the five boroughs in the areas of employee relations,
recruiting, benefits and compensation for field management and regional
managers. Her previous experience is in recruiting, staffing,
training and employee relations for companies such as: Friendly’s Ice
Cream Corporation, Iron Mountain, Prime Hospitality and The New York
Times.
Ms. Nieblas holds a BS from
Ramapo College of NJ and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
She was born and raised in the Bronx and Washington Heights and now lives
in Morris County NJ.
