Rae Linefsky possesses over thirty years of senior leadership experience advancing and managing not-for-profit and public organizations. She served as (Acting) Commissioner for the New York City Human Resources Administration and Chief Executive Officer of the YWCA of the City of New York and the Court Employment Project, in addition to senior executive positions with FEGS Health and Human Services System and the New York Association for New Americans. She was a member of the Executive Committee of the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone (UMEZ), a Board Member of Streetwise Partners, Inc. Ms. Linefsky is the Vice Chair of the WIB Youth Council Committee and is presently serving on several advisory committees representing the needs of persons with disabilities. She served as Chair of the National Youth Employment Coalition for several years and is a former member of the New York State Job Training Partnership Council. She is a consultant to a wide variety of not-for-profit organizations and foundations. Ms. Linefsky attended the University of Wisconsin/Madison and received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Boston University.
