Louis J. Coletti is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Building Trades Employers’ Association (BTEA) of New York City. The BTEA represents 1,500 construction companies doing business in New York City. He has previously served as a Senior Vice President at the construction management firm of Lehrer McGovern Bovis and as President and Chief Executive Officer of the New York Building Congress. He currently serves as Chairman of the Mayor’s Building Industry Advisory Council, and as a member of the Mayor’s Commission on Construction Opportunities and the New York State Apprenticeship Training Council. Mr. Coletti is Co-Chairman of the Construction Industry Partnership and its education and training organization, Construction Skills 2000. He also serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Association for a Better New York and the Non-Traditional Employment for Women Board of Directors. He has previously served as a member of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, Economic Development Advisory Council and a member of the 2012 Olympics Board of Directors. Mr. Coletti is a graduate of the David Rockefeller Fellows Program. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from The New York University Robert Wagner School of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.
