Richard Boyle serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Victory State Bank. He is responsible for the operation of the Bank’s lending function including origination, administration, and collection of all small business, commercial, and consumer loans. As a member of Senior Management, he assists in the implementation of the Bank’s Strategic Plan, developing policies and procedures for all company functions including human resources. Mr. Boyle serves as Vice President of the West Brighton Local Development Corporation and is a member of the Academy of St. Dorothy and St. Joseph/ St. Thomas School Advisory Boards.
