William Abramson is currently the Director of Sales and Leasing at Buchbinder Warren. He is also the former First Vice President of Chelsea Piers and General Manager of the Sports Center. Prior to joining Chelsea Piers in 1996, Mr. Abramson opened and operated Maple Park Ltd., an enrichment center for parents and children in Rockville Center, Long Island. After selling Maple Park in 1991, he worked at Riverdale YM-YWHA as Program Director of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation. Mr. Abramson currently serves as Chairman of Bronx Community Board 8, and is on the Board of the Riverdale YM-YWHA where he co-chairs the Family and Youth Services Committee and is Vice President of the Board. Mr. Abramson earned his BA in Psychology from Boston University and MA in Sports Management from NYU.
