The Workforce1 Career Center in Queens is located on 168-46 91st Avenue between 168th and 169th Streets. By subway take the F train to 169th Street or take the E train to the last stop which is Jamaica Center - Parsons/Archer. By train take the Long Island Railroad to the Jamaica Hub stop. By Long Island Bus take the N1, N2 or N3 to Jamaica (either the 179th St. Subway or the 165th St. Bus Terminal). There are also many NYC Transit buses that will take you to Jamaica Avenue. By car, take the Grand Central Parkway to 168th Street, or the Long Island Expressway to the Utopia Parkway Exit. Parking is available in a lot behind the Center, entrance on 91st Avenue.

LaGuardia Community College Workforce1 Career Center is located on 29-10 Thomson Avenue between 29th and 30th Streets.  

By Subway:
Take the 7 to 33rd Street Station. Walk two blocks westbound to Thomson Avenue and Van Dam Street. Alternatively, by subway take the E, V, or R Trains to Queens Plaza Station and exit the station at Jackson Avenue and Queens Boulevard exit. Walk over the Queens Boulevard Bridge (over the Sunnyside train yards) until you reach the corner of Van Dam Street and Thomson Avenue.

By Bus:
From Queens: Take the Q60 or Q32 to Queens Boulevard and Skillman Avenue.  Walk one block west to corner of Van Dam Street and Thomson Avenue. OR Take Q39 to Thomson Avenue and Van Dam Street.
From Brooklyn: Take the B61 to the Citicorp Building in Long Island City. Walk across the Thomson Avenue Bridge.
From the Bronx: Take the QBx1 bus from Coop City or the Q44 bus to Main Street Flushing. At Main Street, take the No. 7 Subway to the 33rd Street Station. Walk two blocks westbound to Thomson Avenue and Van Dam Street.
From Manhattan: Take the Q32 bus along Madison Avenue and across 59th Street. Get off at the intersection of Queens Boulevard and Skillman Avenue and walk one block to the intersection of Thomson Avenue and Van Dam Street.

By Car:
The College is located on Thomson Ave., three blocks west of its intersection with Queens Blvd.
From Queens: The Long Island Expressway, north to Van Dam St. exit. Make a right at right and go to Thomson Ave., where you make a left.
From Brooklyn: Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, north, to Long Island Expressway exit (toward Midtown Tunnel) to Van Dam St. exit. Make a right at light and go to Thomson Ave., where you make a left.
From the Bronx: Triboro Bridge to Brooklyn-Queens Expressway south. Exit at Queens Blvd., west, and when Queens Blvd., forks, turn left onto Thomson Ave.
From Manhattan: Take the 59th Street Bridge to Queens Blvd. and follow signs to college.

By Ferry from NYC:
Cross Bay St and turn left; the Center is approximately 1½  blocks from that point.

By Bus:
Take the S40, S42, S44, S46, S48, S51, S52, S61, S62, S66, S67, S74, S76, S78, S91, S92, S94, S98 to the Ferry terminal.  Follow walking directions above.

By Train:
The MTA Staten Island Railway (SIR) service runs between the St. George and Tottenville stations. At the St. George station (Ferry Terminal) follow the walking directions from the Ferry Terminal above.

By Car: 
From the Verrazano Bridge take the Bay Street exit.  Turn left onto Bay Street.  Metered parking is available and a Municipal Parking Lot is around the corner on Central Avenue.
