This Veterans Day, Mayor Bloomberg announced a new Veterans Entrepreneurship Program that will provide local veterans with the tools they need to start and grow a business. This no-cost, four-week course will be offered to veteran entrepreneurs in February of 2014 at the SUNY Levin Institute in Midtown. Applications will be accepted starting November 18th.

The Veterans Entrepreneurship Program is provided in partnership by NYC Business Solutions, Kauffman FastTrac, and the Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University.
Starting on Wednesday, November 6, the Workforce1 Healthcare Career Center at 79 John Street will be temporarily moved offsite to 80 Vandam Street, New York, NY 10013 (between Greenwich Street and Hudson Street).
During this time, customers will be able to schedule an appointment by calling 917-606-6616 and by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by walking in for assistance during regular business hours at the 80 Vandam Street location.
