Ranging from $1,000,000 - $10,000,000, provides manufacturing businesses with financing for capital investment
MWBDC Fund (ESDC)
From $5,000 to millions of dollars, for growth and expansion to minority- and women-owned businesses
NYC Capital Access Program (NYCEDC)
Provides from $50,000 - $500,000 for small business growth
Printers' Relocation Fund (SBS)
For printers, 50% reimbursement of moving costs up to $200,000
Relocation grants (IMB)
Grants in order to retain and attract industrial and manufacturing businesses. Eligible industrial firms can receive the lesser of 90% of eligible moving costs, $4.00 per square foot of the move-out location or $30,000
Seedco Loan program (SBS)
A low Interest loan program of $5,000-100,000 targeted to Downtown businesses through the Lower Manhattan Business Solutions Center

CEP (Commercial Expansion Program) (NYC DOF)
Property tax abatement to promote the development of commercial and industrial areas outside of Manhattan’s central business districts. Abatements are available for businesses that have office or industrial space is in an eligible nonresidential or mixed-use building in the abatement zone. The abatement zone is in Manhattan, north of 96th Street, or in any area of the other four boroughs
CRP (Commercial Revitalization Program) (NYC DOF)
Intended to encourage investment in older commercial space. The program offers tax abatements to increase tenant occupancy in lower Manhattan. Only offices and retail businesses are eligible

Helps commercial vehicle owners reduce their parking fines
Empire Zone Portfolio Incentives (SBS)

Offers tax credits of $3,000 per employee per year for 12 years for firms that relocate from outside of New York City to Lower Manhattan

NYC Delivery Solutions (NYC DOF)
Formerly called the Stipulated Fine Program, consolidates parking tickets into one payment, minimizing fines
REAP (Relocation and Employment Assistance Program) (NYC DOF)
Encourages businesses to relocate from outside the City to the City and from Manhattan below 96th Street to either Manhattan above 96th Street or to one of the other four boroughs
Small Industrial Incentive Program (NYCEDC)
For industrial companies undergoing renovation projects of at least $400,000, provides a reduction of land taxes, up to $500 per employee and a sales tax exemption on materials

BID Program (SBS)
A Business Improvement District (BID) delivers supplemental services such as sanitation and maintenance, public safety and visitor services, marketing and promotional programs, capital improvements and beautification in a designated area. Provides help to 67,000 businesses in over 50 districts to promote retention and growth
