Operations' Mission

• The Mayor's Office of Operations monitors and assesses agency performance to assure efficient agency management and accountability.
  
  
• By Charter mandate, the Office publishes the Mayor's Management Report twice a year.
  
  
• Operations assists agencies in developing methods to enhance service quality, and provides agencies with technical and consulting services.
  
  
• The Mayor's Office of Operations also coordinates the streamlining and restructuring of City government, and directs multiagency initiatives to address critical issues.
