Queens Community Board 13 is located in the eastern-most part of Queens, bounded on the north by the Grand Central Parkway; on the east by the city line with Nassau County; on the south by the city line and Kennedy International Airport; and on the west by Francis Lewis Blvd., southerly to Springfield Blvd., southerly to South Conduit Ave., and then west to Baisley Blvd. and south to the Airport.

Our Mission
Queens Community Board 13, the largest and one of the most diverse districts in New York City, advocates for all residents and community areas to maximize delivery of community services and to ensure that planning and development activities are strictly in compliance with established neighborhood character. The Board and office staff will work closely with all agencies to ensure that optimal police, fire, sanitation, transportation, parks, and health-related facilities are available, adequate to our needs, and fit for public use.
