Taxi Smart Card Program
Residents with disabilities living within Community Board 1, (Astoria) and Community Board 18, (Canarsie/Flatlands) are eligible to participate in a pilot program being administered by the Department for the Aging (DFTA) and the Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities (MOPD).
Persons with a disability can enroll in the "Taxi Smart Card" program. This program enables the rider to utilize a taxi cab or livery service for transport as an alternative to Access-A-Ride. Participants will contribute $12.50 and the City will contribute $87.50 for a total of $100.00. The card can be refilled four (4) addition times. - Math, Science and Reading
- SAT Instruction
- After School extracurricular activities
- Microsoft Excel
