The Ash Institute for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School has announced that NYC Probation's Project Zero has been named one of the Top 50 Programs of the 2008 Innovations in American Government Awards Competition. "Selected from a pool of nearly 1,000 applicants, these programs represent the best in government innovation from local, county, city, tribal, state and federal levels."
Project Zero was also named one of the eight semifinalists for the Ash Institute for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School's 2008 Annie E. Casey Innovations Award in Children and Family System Reform. "These government programs were selected from a pool of 100 applicants and offer tangible solutions to children and family services issues."
