S.T.A.R.S.
Statistical Tracking Analysis and
Reporting System
S.T.A.R.S. is designed to assess the Department's ability
to meet stated goals and objectives, strengths and weaknesses
in completing the agency's mission-critical tasks, and standardize
reporting of key agency indicators. The S.T.A.R.S. system,
based on the system used by the Department of Correction to
develop its T.E.A.M.S. process, will improve accountability
at all levels of management within the Department and reward
individual managers for outstanding performances.
