Stormwater BMP Installations

Thank you for participating in an inventory of innovative stormwater management tools, or Best Management Practices (BMPs), in New York City.  The information gathered will be used to help meet the water quality goals set forth in PlaNYC 2030. The more information that we can collect, the better informed we will be about BMPs that already exist in New York City. We intend to collect the information that you provide us on this form in a database. The information may be distributed through a Web site, an attachment to a stormwater plan, filings to regulatory agencies, and other means. We may use your first name, last initial, and borough of residence to indicate the source of comments received. We will use the street address as well as lot and block information for each BMP to track and monitor the distributed network of stormwater source controls. Please indicate your consent by checking one of the blanks below.
