What We Heard - Here are the ideas we heard for how we can reach our sustainability goals for 2030
Since PlaNYC was announced on December 12, 2006, we have met with over 100 Advocacy Organizations, held 11 neighborhood leader and town hall meetings throughout the five boroughs, presented the challenges of PlaNYC to 50 organizations and received over 3000 emails through our website. New Yorkers in all five boroughs responded during the four-month public outreach process, offering suggestions that have helped form a plan to address the critical challenges ahead and to create a sustainable City. This is what we heard.
