Achieve the cleanest air quality of any big city in America.		Reduce our global warming emissions by 30 percent.
Ensure reliable energy to meet growing demand while reducing global warming emissions.		Use our space more efficiently to accommodate growth while preserving and enhancing the city's quality of life.
Improve travel times by adding transit capacity and achieve a full state of good repair.		Establish a cost-effective, reliable, and environmentally sound system for managing the City's solid waste over the next 20 years.
Ensure that the city's drinking water is pure and reliable and ensure that the surrounding waterways are clean and available for use.
