City agencies that routinely interface directly with New Yorkers are required to provide services in the top six languages spoken by New Yorkers. Each agency maps out the steps they are taking to make services available to non-English speakers in their agency Language Access plans.

Below is a list of each agency's Language Access Plan as required by Executive Order 120.
