|  Performance Management The Performance Management Group coordinates the citywide reporting and analysis of information that City agencies use to evaluate success or failure in filling their missions. It has overall responsibility for ensuring that City government is accountable for its performance in delivering services. This responsibility includes preparation of the Mayor's Management Report (MMR), the Charter-mandated twice-yearly public report on City services which has formed the basis of agency accountability since 1977. The Performance Management Group also operates the Scorecard inspection program, which has evaluated citywide street and sidewalk cleanliness levels monthly since 1974. | |

| Scorecard/Street Cleanliness Ratings Scorecard is an inspection program run by the Mayor's Office of Operations. The program measures and reports on the cleanliness of City streets and sidewalks across the City's five boroughs. | |

| Statistics for Multi-Agency Issues Statistics for Multi-Agency Issues have been identified and consolidated into 10 multi-agency issues tables. These tables consolidate all available indicators involving the services or initiatives of more than one agency. | |
