Projects by Cost

The graph below shows the number of projects by cost variance. Cost variance is the difference between the current anticipated total cost of a project and the previously estimated total project cost. It is calculated by comparing the current forecast total cost and the baseline cost, as provided by the managing/lead agency for each project.
