Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani joined leaders of New York City's African American business community this evening for the annual African American Business Awards reception at Gracie Mansion. "Tonight's honorees have an impressive record of achievement and provide inspiration to businesspeople in every field, of every background, religion, age, and skin color -- and especially to young people who aspire to become tomorrow's leaders. The hard work and entrepreneurial spirit of tonight's honorees should inspire all New Yorkers. They serve as role models for the members of all communities in our City."
