“Susan Kupferman revolutionized the Mayor’s Management Report and the Office of Operations.   Under her tenure, the MMR was transformed from thousands of pages of tedious statistics to an easy-to-read and easy-to-understand document that concisely and accurately reports the performance of New York’s government.  Susan launched ‘My Neighborhood Statistics’ on the City’s website allowing every New Yorker to compare the services in their community with neighborhoods across the City.  In addition, she has been an invaluable advisor and has played pivotal roles in the launch of 311, the take over of the franchise bus lines, and the evaluation of the City’s performance during the blackout.
