"We congratulate Albany for passing the first on-time budget in more than 20 years.  However, there are many issues that still need to be resolved, including reforming and protecting Medicaid.  One particular disappointment is Albany's continued failure to address their court mandated responsibility to fund the settlement of the CFE lawsuit.  I look forward to working with our State leaders to make sure New York City gets its fair share."
