MAYOR RUDOLPH W. GIULIANI ISSUED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT
REGARDING THE UPCOMING WORLD SERIES TICKER-TAPE PARADE

"After considering all the possibilities the decision has been made that the World Series Parade will take place on Monday of next week. In no event, will there be a parade on Friday, Saturday or Sunday."
