"Today's decision in federal district court in New Jersey by Judge John Bissell again demonstrates that New York Apple Tours should not be permitted to continue operating sightseeing buses in New York City.

"The company's conduct in this case is further evidence of its failure to meet its obligations under federal, state and local law. The Department of Consumer Affairs is continuing to prosecute its case which seeks to revoke New York Apple's license to operate sightseeing buses. This latest ruling will be presented to the administrative judge hearing this case as evidence of the New York Apple's continuing lack of fitness to be licensed."
