"We are deeply disappointed that the Appellate Division has disregarded
both the State and City's determination that New York Apple Tours is unfit to
operate safely. The City will continue vigorously to pursue the administrative
hearing, begun last April, seeking to revoke their license and cease their operation.
And the New York City Police Department and the Department of Consumer Affairs
will continue to work with the State to enforce all traffic, environmental and
transportation safety laws to preserve public safety."
