Expanding access to tax preparation so eligible New Yorkers can claim the tax credits they deserve

Tax Prep Plus sites offer quick and easy tax preparation by a seasoned tax professional at a dramatically reduced rate of $20. Families with dependents who earned less than $55,000 and individuals who earned less than $30,000 last year are eligible to visit a Tax Prep Plus site.

During the 2008 Earned Income Tax Credit Coalition Campaign, OFE and its partners piloted Tax Prep Plus sites to increase options and expand access to tax                                                preparation for eligible New Yorkers.
