	Final Update 9/27/07 As of September 27, the area affected by the July 18 steam pipe explosion is fully reopen to traffic. BUILDING CLOSURES The following buildings have received clearance to reopen: 355 Lexington Ave. 622 3rd Ave. 628/630 3rd Ave. 101 Park Ave. 128/150 East 42 St. 100 East 42 St./ 101 East 41 St./ 125 Park Ave. (same building with multiple addresses) 354/360 Lexington Ave. 120/110 East 42 St. 374 Lexington Ave./ 122 East 42 St. 363/369 Lexington Ave. 364/370 Lexington Ave. Tenants should contact their building managers or owners to confirm access to these sites. BUSINESS ASSISTANCE* As restricted areas are reopened and businesses reenter their establishments, the Department of Small Business Services (SBS) has had personnel on scene to provide assistance. SBS has also been going door to door with the Grand Central Partnership and Con Edison to offer City loans to retail establishments. The no-interest loans of up to $10,000 will not require repayment for the first six months, and applicants for the loans will receive responses within one week of application. SBS will have an on-site presence in the area for loan application and processing.
