Since March 2003, OEM's trained speakers have provided hundreds of Ready New York preparedness presentations to various schools, tenant and block associations, and at Borough Presidents', town hall, and community board meetings, and safety fairs.

OEM and other trained representatives are available to present Ready New York information for various groups around the City in a number of languages. If you would like to request a presentation for your group, submit an online request form  or contact us. Please include the name of your group or organization, contact name, number of people, and the date and time you would like to schedule a presentation. OEM aims to accommodate as many requests as possible based on availability of resources.

Your organization can reproduce print copies of Ready New York publications with your logo for further distribution to your employees, members, or clients. Contact us to request a copy of the reprinting agreement or for more information.

Partners including Pfizer, Inc., the Argo Corporation, Citigroup, BNP Paribas, HBO, and the American Red Cross in Greater New York have already reprinted the Ready New York guide for their employees at their own cost in an effort to further the preparedness message.
