 Department of Citywide Administrative Services The DCAS Division of Municipal Supply Services (DMSS) purchases alternative fuel vehicles, alternative fuels, and products that have met certain environmental criteria, for the City of New York. DMSS also researches existing contracts and future procurements to identify new and/or expanded opportunities for the use of environmentally friendly products. Types of purchase include paper with recycled content, office supplies, re-refined motor oil, carpet and carpet tiles, absorbent compound, asphalt mix, and ready mixed concrete.
