LL86 Fiscal Year 2010 Annual Report Local Law 86 of 2005, New York City's Green Building Law, requires the preparation of a report each year on the projects subject to its provisions. To provide a comprehensive assessment of the effects of LL86 to date, this third annual report includes projects that started design from January 1, 2007, when the law first took effect, through June 30, 2010.
