On September 14, 2005, the Office of
the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Rebuilding, as Lead Agency, issued
the Notice of Completion for the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for
the New Stapleton Waterfront Development Plan. Copies of the Notice of
Completion and the FEIS, as well as the Draft Environmental Impact Statement
(DEIS), Environmental Assessment Statement (EAS), Positive Declaration and the
