CLE credits: 2½ credits
Instructors:   Hon. Catherine Bennett,
New York State Division of Tax
                    Appeals
                    Hon. Tynia Richard,
New York City Office of                    Administrative Trials and Hearings

This is a repeat of a popular course which takes a candid look at diversity and the potential impact of bias in the courtroom. The course attempts a journey of self-discovery to uncover potential or subconscious judicial biases about issues, litigants and witnesses, and how bias may affect judges’ thoughts, credibility determinations, judgments, and decision-making.
