A One-Click Hearing allows you to contest charges using a simple, online form. The form allows you to type a defense and attach up to three electronic files to support your case.
Are You Allowed to Have a One-Click Hearing?
Please note: One-Click Hearings must be submitted to ECB on or before the hearing date and ECB will only consider the first One-Click form that you submit for each ticket.

If you feel more comfortable submitting your responses on the One-Click Hearing Form in a language other than English, please do so. OATH’s Environmental Control Board will have your submission translated into English before it is given to the Hearing Officer assigned to your case. All translation services are provided by OATH free of charge.
The Hearing Officer's Decision
You will get the hearing officer's decision in the mail within 30 days.
