Instructor: Hon. Gerald Lebovits, New York City Civil Court
Description: Hon. Gerald Lebovits, a judge in the New York City Civil Court, Housing Part who is also an adjunct professor of law at St. John’s University School of Law and a highly sought after speaker, will be presenting a program on good judicial writing, and will highlight skills, techniques and ethical considerations that make for well written decisions.
This particular class will be open to full time City administrative law judges. Additional writing classes, open to all ALJs, are being planned for later in the fall. Check the website periodically for more details.
