Instructor: Professor Michael J. Hutter, Albany Law School              

Description - Electronically transmitted and stored information, such as e-mails, websites, social media websites, databases, and computer generated information, such as ATM receipts,  phone records, are all about us.  When such information is sought to be admitted at a trial or hearing, evidentiary issues abound.  This program will address these issues as they may arise in an administrative hearing.
