NYC Municipal Water Finance Authority Announces Potential $500 MILLION Deal

The New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority ("NYW") announced today that it is considering an approximately $500 million fixed-rate bond issue, including approximately $400 million in refunding bonds and approximately $100 million in new money bonds, which would occur on Wednesday, April 18, 2001.

Moody's Investors Service rates NYW at Aa2, Standard & Poor's rates NYW at AA, and Fitch, Inc. rates NYW at AA.
