Eligibility:      Applicants must be currently practicing in the area of public sector criminal law (including, but not limited to, work for prosecutors or public defenders) for at least five consecutive years.  Applicants must have educational debt of at least $30,000 at the time of graduating from law school, and significant remaining indebtedness.  Applicants must agree to permit the fellowship committee to use any information by the applicant for publicity purposes.
