SETON HALL UNIVERSITY – MASTERS OF ARTS IN HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (On-Line Program)

Seton Hall University is now offering the same traditional Master’s Degree Program in Human Resources Training and Development (HRTD) on-line, for members of the law enforcement community.  Developed in collaboration with Seton World Wide and the College of Education and Human Services, the M.A. program in Human Resources Training and Development (HRTD) makes it convenient to earn a graduate degree.  The on-line program prepares law enforcement professionals for leadership roles by providing an intensive, high quality, graduate-level educational experience.  The 36-credit program helps strengthen students’ professional knowledge and skills and increases their capacity for leadership in law enforcement settings.  Modeled on Seton Hall’s 25-year-old campus program, the on-line HRTD program is taught by distinguished scholars and practitioners from the fields of education, psychology and criminal justice.  The curriculum focuses on personnel administration, management policy, training, and development.  The University provides a significant tuition discount to all students who enroll in this program.  The availability of loans to cover the reduced tuition costs is also guaranteed.
