The 105th Precinct is predominately a residential community, comprised primarily of those encompassing middle income strata. Most structures within the precinct are one and two family homes, with some small concentration of Garden Apartments scattered throughout the communities of Queens Village, Cambria Heights, Laurelton, Rosedale, Springfield Gardens, Bellerose, Glen Oaks, New Hyde Park and Floral Park. Within each of the above areas there are commercial strips serving the respective communities. It is situated along the eastern Queens border bounded by the 111 Precinct to the north; the 107, 103 and 113 Precincts to the West and J.F.K. Airport to the south and Nassau County to the east.

Meetings: Every last Wednesday of the month except July and August at the 105 Precinct Station House located at 92-08 222 Street, Queens Village at 7:00 PM. The 105th Precinct covers a predominantly residential area of mostly one and two family houses with a scattering of garden apartments throughout the neighborhoods of Queens Village, Cambria Heights, Laurelton, Rosedale, Springfield Gardens, Bellrose, Glen Oaks, New Hyde Park and Floral Park. The precinct encompasses 12.67 square miles in eastern Queens, including 354 miles of roadway.
