	Deputy Inspector Joseph Dowling Crime Statistics 3016 Webster Ave., Bronx, NY, 10467 (718) 220-5811 The 52nd Precinct is primarily residential with six story multiple dwelling units as well as one and two family residences. The precinct consists of numerous hospitals, schools of all grades, and many houses of worship. It is a multi-cultural/multi-ethnic community. The neighborhoods in this precinct are known as Bedford Park, Fordham, Kingsbridge, Norwood and University Heights.
