The precinct has many interesting areas and tourist attractions. These include Wave Hill, a historical mansion and gardens overlooking the Hudson River. Van Cortland Park, one of New York City's largest parks which is host to many events. The precinct consists of residential and commercial districts, predominately made up of middle class working people residing in houses and apartment buildings. |  |
