The New York City Police Department today announced street closures and anticipated traffic delays for the weekend of May 12th and 13th, 2012.  Drivers should expect delays in the following areas:

 

Saturday, May 12th  

 

NATIONAL ALLIANCE FOR MENTAL ILLNESS PARADE

Manhattan:    1000 x 1400

Formation:

South Street Seaport

Route:

Fulton Street between South and Gold Streets; Gold Street between Fulton and Spruce Streets; Spruce Street between Gold Street and Park Row; Park Row between Spruce and Frankfort Streets

Turn Around On Brooklyn Bridge

Chambers Street between Centre Street and Broadway; Broadway between Chambers and Barclay Streets; Park Row between Broadway and Spruce Street; Spruce Street between Park Row and Gold Street;

Gold Street between Spruce and Fulton Streets; Fulton Street between Gold and South Streets

Dispersal:

South Street Seaport

The above streets will be closed for this event

 

FALUN DAFA PARADE

Manhattan:    1200 x 1400

Formation:

Mott Street between Grand Street and Kenmare Street

Route:

Mott Street between Canal Street and Worth Street

Dispersal:

Worth Street between Centre Street and Baxter Street

The above streets will be closed for this event
