NEW YORK CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES STREET CLOSURES AND EXPECTED TRAFFIC DELAYS FOR JULY 9th & 10th

The New York City Police Department today announced street closures and anticipated traffic delays for the weekend of July 9th and 10th, 2011. Drivers should expect delays in the following areas:
