Announces the Following Recommendations For Participants In Saturday's March and
Demonstration.
International Action Center has been issued a permit for a march and demonstration this Saturday, September 11. Participants who want to be near the front of the march should arrive early and approach Broadway and Park Place from the north.
The rally begins at 1 p.m. A march, within one traffic lane if necessary, is scheduled to step off at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, September 11, and proceed south on Broadway around the tip of City Hall Park and proceed north on Park Row to Centre Street, and west on Worth Street, and then south on Broadway to Park Place for a rally until 5 p.m.
Reminder: Signs may be carried on
cardboard poles, but no wood or metal is permitted.
