	NEW YORK CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES STREET CLOSURES AND EXPECTED TRAFFIC DELAYS FOR JANUARY 16th & 17th The New York City Police Department today announced street closures and anticipated traffic delays for the weekend of January 16th & 17th, 2010.
