	NEW YORK CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES STREET CLOSURES AND EXPECTED TRAFFIC DELAYS FOR NOVEMBER 7th & 8th The New York City Police Department today announced street closures and anticipated traffic delays for the weekend of November 14th & 15th, 2009. Drivers should expect delays in the following areas:

	SPECIAL TRAFFIC ADVISORY QUEENS MIDTOWN TUNNEL QUEENS-BOUND TUBE CLOSED 0100 Sunday, November 15th thru 0500 Monday, November 16th Two-way traffic (cars and buses only) will run in the other tube. Repair work in the Queens Midtown Tunnel will result in the closure of both lanes of the Queens-bound tube beginning 0100 Sunday Nov 15, thru 0500 Monday Nov 16. Two-way traffic will be in effect in the other tube for cars and busses only. Trucks are urged to use either the RFK Bridge or the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. Motorists driving from Manhattan to Queens can enter the tunnel at 34th or 35th Streets between 2nd & 3rd Avenues, while the 34th Street and 2nd Avenue Queens-bound ramps will be closed. Motorists traveling from Queens to Manhattan will exit normally. Saturday, Nov 14th No major events Sunday, Nov 15th No major events ###
